Return & Refund Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7–14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
    • The item must be in the original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet:
    • Check your bank account again
    • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
    • Then contact your bank

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, contact us with details and photos of the product.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
